Thinking or Feeling in Myers Briggs describes the decision making process of a person. The Thinking type people prefer rational thinking and make decisions based on facts. On the other hand feeling type people make decision based on emotions.

The thinking type people prioritize logic and make unbiased decision based on facts. Feelers are empathetic and care about other people emotions therefore their decisions are considerate of others. Feelers do not like to hurt anyone.

Thinkers have rigid opinion about everything backed with rational analysis. Feelers are soft and prefer to do what their heart tells them to do.
